本球场当地规则
Local Rules

除了以下的当地規則外，國際R&A和USGA及中國高爾夫球協會制定的規則是每個打球者都應該遵守的。 Apart from the basic rules listed below, all the rules set by international R&A and USGA or Chinese Golf Association should be obeyed by every golf player.

1、水障碍区：
①球场内人工湖水均为水障碍，球员须在落水点处补球，加罚一杆；
②6号、12号、16A号第一杆入水后可直接到前方特设抛球区补球，加罚一杆。

2、OB界外球：
①所有篱笆墙外、OB界桩外的球均为OB界外球，OB球回原位补打，加罚一杆；
②在设抛球区的发球台（6号、12号、16A、17号）遗失球，如球入水或进山坡或入沟，在抛球区补球，加罚一杆；
③在球道中遗失球，如球入水或进山坡或入沟，按规则补救罚一杆。

3、花床区修理地及击中不可移动障碍物：
①所有掉入花床区的球是不可击打的，打球者必须把球捡起，可以接受在花床区边补救，不罚杆；
②如球击中灯柱、控制箱等所有不可移动的构筑物，该球可放弃，可在原地重打，不罚杆。
③第3号洞球道左侧斜坡及第7号球道右侧斜坡，均可视为“修理地”，接受补救，不罚杆。

4、陷入地面的球：在球洞区通道，由于下落时自身冲击力陷入地面内的球，可以不受处罚地拿起擦拭，并在一杆内不靠近球洞的地点抛球。

5、临时积水：是指球员在采取站位前后在球场上可见的任何暂时性积水（但水障碍区内的水不是临时积水），当球位于临时积水中或任何部分触及临时积水时，该球为位于临时积水中的球。球员可接受补救，不罚杆。

6、除上述因素以外的球位，一律不许私自移动球，凡私自移动球，每私自移动1次加罚一杆。

7、在沙坑里准备击球时球杆碰沙或平整沙将罚两杆。

Ⅰ Water Hazards
1.1All the artificial lakes within golf course are water hazards. The players should hit again at the site where the ball drops into water and one penalty is recorded.
1.2If the ball falls into water at the first stroke at Hole 6, 12, 16A, hit again directly at the especially set dropping area in front and one penalty is recorded.

Ⅱ Out-bounded
2.1All balls out of the fences or the OB stakes are out-bounded balls. The player hit again at the original site and one penalty is recorded.
2.2If the ball is lost at the Tee where there is dropping area - Hole 6, 12, 16A and 17, I.e. the ball falls into water, ditches or on hills, hit again at the dropping area and one penalty is recorded.
2.3If the ball is lost on the fairway, I.e. the ball falls into water, ditches or on hills, Remedy according to rules, one penalty is recorded.

Ⅲ Flowerbeds, renovating areas and unmovable obstacles
3.1All balls falling into flowerbeds are not allowed to hit. The player must pick up the ball and hit at the side of the flowerbed and there is no penalty.
3.2If the ball hits light poles, controlling boxes or unmovable constructions, the player could opt to give up the ball and hit again at the same place, and there is no penalty.
3.3The slops on the left side of Hole 3 and the right side of Hole 7 can be regarded as renovating areas and the player could opt to hit again without penalty.

Ⅳ Balls sinking into the ground
If the ball sinks into the ground due to gravity while landing on the fairway, the player could pick up the ball, clean it, and drop it within one par away from the landing point and against the hole. There’s no penalty.

Ⅴ Temporary ponding area
emporary ponding area includes all tentative water areas visible but the specified water hazards are not included. While the ball is right in the temporary ponding area or any part of the ball touches the water, the player is allowed to hit again and there’s no penalty.

Ⅵ Apart from the factors mentioned above, no ball is allowed to be moved and one penalty will be recorded every time the ball is moved.

VIII If the club touches or levels the sand when you're ready to hit, two penalties will be recorded.
