启新高尔夫拥有一个有丰富教学及实战经验的正式及后备队员教练团队。俱乐部除日常配备教练提供打球指导及培训外，同时提供高尔夫系统培训课程及夏令营活动。
Delson Golf Club has a strong formal and reserved trainer team experienced in both competition and coaching. Beside onsite guidance for the begginers, Delson Golf Club also provides systematic training classes and summer camps.

启新高尔夫青少年夏令营，别具特色，营队采用全日制住宿班，三天两夜为一期，10-18岁的青少年均可报名参加。
Delson Golf Youth Camp is a full-time closed training course covering three days and two nights accommodated in Delson Golf Villa. Youth from 10 to 18 all could take part in through registration.

高尔夫夏令营培训宗旨：

启新青少年高尔夫夏令营不仅仅教授全面的高尔夫理论知识和挥杆技巧，更让每位学员通过学习高尔夫礼仪领悟到基本的为人之道。营队还将带学员在高尔夫球场亲自学习如何装配球杆和如何着装，同时每天还开设丰富的团体活动，如网球、乒乓球等。启新高尔夫球场的专业高尔夫教练团队，将利用活泼的游戏方式来启发并引导学童，开辟未来兴趣及社交能力。
Delson Golf Youth Camp not only teaches students golf theories and how to strike, but also lays good emphasis on teaching students how to behave through golf manners. The students will learn how to prepare a whole set of clubs and how to dress themselves. In addition，rich activities will be arranged like tennis, table tennis and so on. Through lively games, the professional coach team leads the youth to develop potential interests and social communication abilities.
