The fusion cuisine at Zion Fine Dinning reflects the personal journey and refined worldview of Delson Golf' chairwoman. At the age of 16, she left for the UK to pursue her high school education, later continuing her studies in the United States and Canada. Her global travels and international lifestyle allowed her to experience a wide array of culinary traditions from around the world.

Raised in an Indonesian-Chinese family, she was deeply influenced by the rich flavors of Chinese and Southeast Asian home cooking. These layered experiences—spanning cultures, continents, and cuisines—led her to envision a dining experience that transcends borders. At Zion Fine Dinning, French finesse, Japanese subtlety, Cantonese heritage, and Southeast Asian vibrancy come together in harmony.
