王源兴先生是陈嘉庚先生忠实的追随者，为印尼归侨。1951年怀抱赤诚之心携一百万巨资回国投资，得到了何香凝先生亲自的接待，侨务办公室（简称侨办）应运而生，首任侨办主任为廖承志先生。王源兴先生回国后先落地广州，积极参与广州华侨新村的投资、规划、建设以及招商引资、更是华侨小学的主要投资建设者、参与了许多工业及农场建设，接待了许多华侨子女回归读书、成家立业成为了国家栋梁。其子王铭先生继承家族精神，是改革开放的先驱之一，在深圳创办首家引入台资的企业，后又在北京引入国际知名品牌创建开放式大型商业模式，晚年又为宁波市创办启新高尔夫，一生为兴邦做出贡献，从轻工业到商业再到运动产业，始终推进改革开放的脚步，为国家的强盛尽自己的力量。
Mr. Wang Yuanxing, a devoted follower of Tan Kah Kee and an overseas Chinese who returned from Indonesia, brought one million yuan in capital back to China in 1951 with a sincere heart to support national development. He was personally received by Madame He Xiangning, which led to the establishment of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, with Mr. Liao Chengzhi as its first director. Upon returning, Mr. Wang settled in Guangzhou, where he actively contributed to the planning and development of the Overseas Chinese New Village, the founding of Overseas Chinese Primary School, and multiple industrial and agricultural projects. He also supported the education and settlement of overseas Chinese youth, many of whom became future pillars of the nation.
His son, Mr. Wang Ming, inherited this legacy of patriotism and reform. As one of the early pioneers of China’s opening-up, he founded the country’s first Taiwan-invested enterprise in Shenzhen, later introduced global brands into Beijing’s commercial landscape, and in his later years established Delson Golf in Ningbo. Across light industry, commerce, and the sports sector, he remained dedicated to advancing national rejuvenation through continuous reform and innovation.
